Certainly there are tasks to accomplish, and we will be diligent to do so. But the potential of the capital campaign is so much more – it provides an ideal opportunity to develop the commitment, character, and leadership skills of your campaign leaders.
Mentoring leaders goes far beyond teaching about leadership. There are many good seminars and books on leadership, but they have one common weakness – the application is left up to the individual without a guide or mentor. Mentoring gives a practical format for the campaign leaders to apply those leadership principles in their own church under the careful guidance of your TLC Consultant.
