Kids will have fun with this swivel with lots of swinging action! This heavy duty tire swivel has universal joints covered with a rubber boot for finger protection. It will turn 360 degrees with less tangling or wrapping of the chains. Painted with rust resistant enamel in black. Plate is 8” x 4” with two 5/8” holes that are 6.5” center to center. The swivel is 10.5” in overall length.
