Hispanics a Driving Force in Home Buying

Press Release from Dataman Group Direct

Data from the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals indicates that Hispanics are the leading market segment of first-time home buyers.

According to the report "The State of Hispanic Homeownership" at NAH-REP.org, the number of Hispanic Homeowners has grown to 6.69 million in 2012 from 4.24 million in 2000, representing 51% of the total net increase of home owner households in 2012.

Dataman Group Direct offers a list of Hispanic First Time Home Buyers with a list of over 400,000 available in the US.

Our First Time Home Buyer list uses a sophisticated model to target selected renters who will be buying homes & condos. This is a very strategic group.  While they may browse the newspaper or go on-line to see what homes are available, a well thought out direct mailer will stand out from the clutter and put a project front & center!

Mortgage companies, home builders & Real Estate companies need to know as much as they can about Dataman Group's First Time Home Buyer List.
