Managing several properties and buildings in a known flood zone is not fun, or safe, in the event of a serious storm. Now that property flood insurance rates are sky high I had to protect my properties. I Googled a bunch and found Garrison on the 1st page. Their site is nice but for the amount of flood protection I needed I wanted to speak with someone before placing a large order. Filled out a form and was contacted in less than an hour. We reviewed the layout of each facility and they recommended we use their Mayem Barrier and Hammerhead system for strong flood control. Just placed our order, very good customer service.

I run several commercial properties and buildings as a Property Manager involved in all aspects of our facilities. A co-worker pointed me towards Garrison Flood Control when one of our developments received a grant for flood prevention and protection. I did not know where to even start or how to prepare for massive flood prevention. The flood specialist team at Garrison explained each of their products and recommended which to use for specific locations around the buildings, they even visited with us to take exact measurements and gave a demo. Within 2 days we received our proposal for several development properties and placed our order. The team at Garrison is very knowledgeable and will not try to "sell" you, they want to learn and understand the needs of their clients. Will definitely use them again for several other properties lying within flood prone areas.
