I'm Dr. Rod Rogers, owner and lead consultant for Abundant Giving Church Consulting. 1) Experience: I have led church capital campaigns as a pastor and consultant since the mid-nineties. 2) Personal attention: My son and I are the owners and the sole consultants in my firm. Large capital campaign firms assign you one of many employees with varying degrees of experience and commitment. But with us, you will always work directly with an owner who takes your success personally. 3) Biblical basis: We excel in the use of biblical preaching and small group Bible studies to increase faith and stimulate generosity. PASTORAL EXPERIENCE: I didn’t grow up wanting to be a church capital campaign consultant! Since I was called to pastoral ministry at age 15, I have had a passion for Greek and Hebrew exegesis and for expository preaching. I have over 30 years of experience as a youth minister in the USA and Portugal and as the founding and senior pastor of churches in Denver, Colorado, and Costa Rica. I also served as the Bible teacher on the radio program The Nourishing Word and as Visiting Lecturer of Pastoral Theology at New Geneva Theological Seminary, Colorado Springs, CO.
